Step 1: Chassis Number Check

When you arrive at the inspection station, pull up to the middle of lanes one and two. A staff member checks the chassis number in person before anything else can proceed.

Step 2: Brake Test

After the chassis check, you are directed to the brake test area on the side. The inspector asks whether you use combined braking (ABS-linked front and rear) or not. Depending on your answer, you first complete the combined brake test, then a rear-brake-only test.

Step 3: Entering the Main Inspection Lane

Just like a car, you enter the facility through the rear exit door. Once inside, the sequence is straightforward:

• Suspension test – the machine checks your front and rear suspension.
